As of the 2nd of October, we are delighted to introduce our flexible care model. This new pricing model will allow patients to tailor their treatment journey and provide more affordable options that can reduce the overall lifetime costs for our patients.

In the first month, you'll meet with a specialist doctor to create your personalised medical cannabis treatment plan. You'll talk about your health history, current condition, and what you're looking to achieve with the treatment.
During the second month, you'll have a follow-up appointment with your dedicated specialist to discuss how the treatment is working for you. If needed, the specialist will make changes to your dosage or how you take the medication. At this stage, most of our patients are now eligible for quarterly consultations and able to submit repeat prescription requests to continue treatment.
By the fifth month, it's time for another check-in. You'll talk about any changes you've noticed and work together with a healthcare professional to adjust your treatment plan for the best results.
After that, you'll have check-ins every 3 months. These appointments help keep track of your progress and make any necessary tweaks to your plan.
This comprehensive appointment will involve a more thorough evaluation of your overall health and the long-term effects of your treatment plan with a consultant. It's an opportunity to reflect on your progress, address any concerns, and make any substantial adjustments that might be necessary.

We do not charge for repeat prescriptions, this is covered by the clinic. However, there are additional prescription fees that you may need to consider within your patient journey.
This fee is charged when you want to make changes to a prescription that your doctor has already written for you. It helps cover the costs of the administrative work involved in making these changes.
If patient’s prescription needs to be delivered in separate parts, this fee will be charged for each subsequent delivery. Cantourage Clinic will cover the costs of one delivery per month.
