With the festive season approaching, we wanted to provide you with our clinic operating hours and key dates for patients, to ensure you have sufficient medication during this time of year, and to avoid any gaps in your treatment plan.
Please see below our festive opening times:
The clinic will be closed from the 23rd of December and will reopen again on the 27th of December.
From the 27th of December to the 29th of December, our phonelines will be closed, however we will be running our customer service via the webchat on our homepage and through emails as normal.
The clinic will then be closed from 29th December and we will reopen again on the 2nd January.
Cedarwood Pharmacy will be closed from 23rd December, and then open for dispensing from 27th-29th December. Cedarwood will reopen as usual on the 2nd January. Alternative pharmacy hours may differ so please contact your relevant pharmacy directly!
We will have a prescriber writing repeat prescriptions between 27th - 29th of December.
Key dates for patients:
The final date for initial consultations and 4 week follow ups will be the 12th of December.
The final date for quarterly consultations is the 14th of December. Please contact the clinic directly to book a consultation with a non-specialist for £29.
Please be aware, if you would like to receive your medication by the 22nd of December, you must submit your repeat by 1pm on the 15th of December.
If your repeat falls during this period, please submit your order via the repeat portal on our homepage by 1pm on the 15th of December.
**Please note that due to Christmas posting, our team will be working hard to ensure you receive your medication, but we cannot guarantee delivery before the 22nd of December. For any repeat submission carried out after this date we cannot guarantee delivery before the new year, but the clinic team will be working incredibly hard to aim to fulfil these submissions.
